Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges are accepted where we have been notified within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Item(s) must be packaged and received in the same condition as it was received.

Customers are responsible for any loss in value of the item where the item is not returned in good and reasonable condition.

Where an item is simply being returned or exchanged customers are responsible for their own postage and are advised to keep their postal receipt until arrival has been confirmed.

Returns and exchanges where an item has arrived damaged can be exchanged or refunded at the customers request.

Intimate items such as earrings are not subject to exchange.

Order Cancellations

Sometimes there are circumstances where you may want to cancel your order, you are within your rights to cancel your order at any time until your order has been dispatched.

Where your item has already been dispatched your item will need to be returned before a refund can be completed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non exchangeable.

Horse hair/pet hair items are classed as custom orders and are not subject to exchange or refunds.

Where your item has arrived damaged a replacement can be provided or a refund can be requested; each case will be evaluated on an individual basis.
