How does the process work?

Choose your setting, place your order via the checkout, post your hair/fur/ashes to the address provided and receive your finished items back to you along with any remaining hair/fur/ashes.

I’ve placed my order, where do I send my fur/ashes?

My full address can be found in your order confirmation sent via email. Every order is also followed up with a quick email to confirm the sending address within 24hrs of your order being placed. Please make sure your name and/or address is inside your parcel so i know it’s yours on arrival.

How much hair do I need to send for a horsehair bracelet?

I recommend that the length can wrap around the required wrist size approximately twice and be a thumbs width.

How much hair should I send for a ring or pendant ?

A sample of fur/hair should be able to to cover a 50p coin and not be able to see the coin through the sample.

I’ve ordered an item with ashes, how much do I need to post?

A small amount of ashes is needed, even for the larger jewellery settings. A teaspoon amount will be plenty to complete your order.

I need to send ashes, what’s the best way to package them to make sure they arrive safely?

A zip lock bag of any size suitable to hold a teaspoon of ashes is the best way to package ashes for transit.
