Terms and Conditions

Making a purchase which needs an inclusion, such as fur or cremation ashes provided by you, you are agreeing to the following:

·     The items colour being encapsulated will vary from piece to piece, it may look a little different as resin is wet before setting. White/Grey Horses or pet fur may go transparent within the resin. A lot of grey or light blonde hair or fur is sometimes less pigmented. A small patch test sample will be done before casting and if any problems occur you will be contacted to discuss next steps.

·     When posting your inclusions, you are accepting full responsibility, should they not arrive and go missing Kerry Louise Boutique is not liable in any way should the worst happen during transit. You are also responsible for ensuring that your inclusion is properly and securely packaged, Kerry Louise Boutique is not liable for any damage resulting in missing contents.

·     Correct postage applied to the parcel or envelope. Correct postage must be applied any underpaid postage will be charged back to you via invoice which must be paid before dispatch.

·     ​The shipping address entered at checkout is where your purchase will be returned once completed. Should you need to change these details after the order has been processed please email kerrylouiseboutique@outlook.com as soon as possible before dispatch to confirm your new details. Any change of details will be confirmed in a reply. Kerry Louise Boutique takes no liability where incorrect details have not been updated. 

·         Kerry Louise Boutique is not liable for Royal Mail or any other courier used for losing a parcel that has been dispatched. It is appreciated that highly sentimental items are within the contents and by agreeing to have them returned by post you are accepting the risk in doing so. All return parcels are sent via tracked methods meaning we are doing everything we can to minimalize this risk.

·     After purchasing your items if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you must let us know as soon as possible. A full refund will only be given where you order has not been started. If your order has already been started, you are liable for the cost of the setting as this cannot be reused meaning you will only be entitled to a partial refund. Where an order has been cancelled and any inclusions need to be returned you are liable for the cost of them being returned to you.

·     Kerry Louise Boutique is not liable for any accidental damage while wearing your jewellery and is not obligated to refund or repair the item. However, I will try to help you as best I can as accidents do happen because we are all human. This includes damage by harsh chemicals such as hand sanitiser and perfume causing resin to cloud or yellow.

·     If your item arrives damaged, I will do my best to resolve the issue where possible including repairing and replacing if within my capability.

                                                                                                           

·     We give an estimated turnaround time of 10 to 15 working days where items are in stock. Pre-Orders have an estimated time of 5-6 weeks. Timelines for pre-orders are a guide only and may take longer where stock is delayed by third parties that supply Kerry Louise Boutique.

 

·     During busy periods such as Christmas turnaround may take longer than usual.
